A 1970s three-unit complex gets a fresh coastal identity at Coral Surf in Peregian Beach, Queensland.

The renovation of Seascape by Covet Developments brings a more considered material palette to the existing building, with Knotwood aluminum used across the balustrades, gates, and fencing. The wood-look finish adds warmth and texture while keeping the detailing clean and contemporary.

Running through the exterior, the Knotwood elements help define the individual spaces while creating a cohesive connection between the homes and their coastal surroundings.

It’s a simple material move, but one that makes a strong difference, adding texture, privacy, and warmth without taking away from the relaxed character of the architecture.
