North Bondi.

North Bondi, Sydney NSW

Designed by LivingLot, this North Bondi home brings the relaxed feel of a Bondi Beach vacation home into a compact, modern family home. The design makes the most of the site with flexible living spaces, strong connections to the garden and a palette of natural, beach-inspired materials.

Breezeway blocks, linear screens and low-maintenance landscaping create privacy while allowing light and air to move through the outdoor spaces. Inside, neutral tones, textural finishes and soft wood accents continue the relaxed coastal aesthetic, creating a home that feels connected from the interior through to the garden.

Knotwood complements the home’s material palette, adding warmth and texture while reinforcing the clean, contemporary lines of the design.
