Mermaid House 419.

Mermaid House 419, designed by BDA Architecture and built by LJ Building, is a three-level coastal home that maximizes its beachfront location with bold horizontal lines and recessed terraces.

The facade features our aluminum woodgrain battens and textured blockwork in a palette of French Walnut, Obsidian, and Pavilion White, incorporating our 100mm interlocking boards and clip battens to provide both texture and durability suited to the beachside environment.
