An uncomplicated sense of simplicity, natural finishes and a clean monochromatic palette adds to the modern feel of this four bedroom family home.

Capturing clear and uninterrupted views of the parkland opposite are its generous openings. Internal privacy has been preserved through the use of low maintenance Knotwood screening. With combined use of rhythm and contrast, the dimensional pattern punctuates the facade and offers a sense of privacy and ventilation.
