The building’s facade is defined by vertical linear elements that articulate each level, balancing views and privacy.

Offset, stacked timber-look boxes create a bold presence within the urban streetscape. Finished in wood-look Western Red Cedar, the aluminum cladding and balustrades add warmth and texture, enhancing the contemporary aesthetic.
