Knotwood Adds a Contemporary Finish to Melsetter Pool House

Set within two acres in Sevenoaks, Kent, Melsetter is an extensive residential project by Offset Architects, combining the character of the original home with contemporary design and detailing. The property includes landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, tennis court and new pool house.

Knotwood timber-look aluminium cladding features on the new pool house, bringing the warmth and texture of timber to the garden setting while providing a durable, low-maintenance exterior. The clean-lined cladding complements the contemporary architecture and creates a natural connection between the pool house and surrounding landscape.

The pool house forms part of a carefully considered outdoor environment, with the material palette and detailing continuing the high level of attention given throughout the wider Melsetter project.
