King Street Wharf has been given a considered refresh, creating a more cohesive and inviting setting for outdoor dining along Sydney’s waterfront. Designed by PMDL, the redevelopment introduces a series of steel-clad canopies, new landscaping and coordinated lighting to bring greater rhythm and clarity to the promenade.

Knotwood cladding features on the street-facing facade, adding warmth and texture while complementing the surrounding steelwork and existing timber elements. Its corrosion-resistant finish makes it well suited to the waterfront environment, standing up to exposure to salt air and the elements while maintaining its appearance.
