The building’s façade features a linear, wave-inspired screen that mirrors the rhythm of the beach beyond. The interaction of horizontal soffits and vertical elements creates a dynamic, layered effect, giving the façade depth and movement. Cascading landscaping spills over, connecting the building to its natural surroundings.
