Fixed Louvres

This suits facades needing consistent solar shading on a fixed orientation, where the sun comes from the same direction every year and the brise soleil requirement does not change. It also suits privacy screens where the sightline being blocked is fixed, and partitions needing a permanent light and privacy solution. Anywhere the requirement is constant, a fixed blade does the job without anything to adjust or maintain.

Fixed Louvres use the same extruded aluminium construction and architectural-grade finishes as the rest of the range, fixed with 304 or 316 grade stainless steel fasteners, or hot-dip galvanised outside marine zones, and backed by a 15 year limited warranty. With no moving parts there is no mechanism to service, nothing to seize, and no lubrication in the maintenance cycle. Periodic washing is the whole schedule.

Two blade types. The 65 x 16mm geometric slat gives a finer, more traditional louvre appearance; the 88mm blade gives a bolder, more contemporary one. Each has its own routed frame system, so the frame is specified to match the blade and the visual scale of the project.
