Wendy's - Cavill Ave.

Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast

When Wendy’s returned to Australia, it introduced a fresh new look for the iconic brand at its Cavill Avenue location in Surfers Paradise. Bringing this new identity to life required more than simply replicating the brand colours, it required precision.

Knotwood worked closely with Wendy’s to develop a custom colour match for its signature blue, ensuring the architectural finish aligned precisely with the brand’s new visual identity. Because close enough isn’t good enough when it comes to brand integrity, the bespoke finish was developed specifically for Wendy’s.

Knotwood’s aluminium cladding and battens combine the custom Wendy’s blue with Sycamore, creating a bold façade that reflects the brand’s updated aesthetic while adding warmth and texture to the design.

The result is a contemporary interpretation of the Wendy’s brand, with the architecture itself becoming part of the brand experience.
