The brief for Stratum called for a contemporary home celebrating golf course views and northern light. Solid brick foundations anchor a tall, carved “white box,” its internal layers connecting outward. Spotted Gum façades, garage and entry doors ground the restrained palette, balancing shelter, openness, and a sense of sculptural harmony.
