Yes. Because Geoline frames integrate with track and wheel systems rather than being fixed permanently to a substructure, individual panels can be repositioned within the track layout without structural alteration. This is a significant advantage for commercial tenancies, body corporate buildings, and hospitality environments where spatial flexibility is a priority.

Are Knotwood Geoline screens BAL-40 rated?

Yes. Geoline uses 6063 T6 extruded aluminium and is tested to fire standards including AS/NZS 3959 (BAL-40), AS/NZS 1530.1, and AS/NZS 1530.3. Structural design references include AS/NZS 1170 series, AS 1664.1, AS 1720, AS 4100, and AS 5216, consistent with the Stand-Up Batten system. How are fixings concealed in the Knotwood Geoline system?

The Geoline system uses concealed fixing throughout. Batten profiles are secured within the frame, and all fixing hardware is hidden behind the frame structure, producing a clean face with no visible screws or brackets. This finish is consistent whether the panels are installed in fixed or track-mounted configurations.

What customisation options are available for Knotwood Geoline screen panels?

Geoline panels can be customised across three dimensions: spacing between battens (to adjust privacy and ventilation), sequencing of different batten shapes and sizes within the frame, and colour selection from Knotwood’s timber grain finish range.
